How much is the application fee?
Answer: $30.00 per adult, all adults must be on lease
How much is the security deposit?
Answer: Security deposits are: Studio: $200 1x1: $300 2x2: $350 3 Bedrooms: $400. An additional security deposit of $500 is required for pets.
Is Water/Sewer/Garbage included?
Answer: No, water, sewer, and garbage are in addition to and due with your monthly rent. Studio/One bedroom: $28 Two bedroom: $32 Three Bedroom $34
Do you have affordable housing?
Answer: Yes we do participate in affordable housing. Please call or come in to the office for details and availability
Is there assigned parking?
Answer: Yes, each home comes with either an assigned parking space or garage. Additional garages are available upon request for an additional charge and any other vehicles can be parked in any of our uncovered and unreserved parking spots
Do you provide rental furniture?
Yes! We’ve partnered with Brook Furniture Rental to provide this for our residents who are interested. Please visit their website at www.bfr.com. |
